Sorry if it's a bit of a silly question but what is everyones take after you make the sale? I'm assuming you would go into creating an offer on the spot with the business owner or is there a better time to do it?

the more you can figure out right then and there the better. this is actually a pretty good question because I've made (and I'm sure others have as well) the mistake of just closing it up and then trying to communicate everything else later on.
This is a pain in the butt because just communicating alone can be difficult when you're playing phone/email tag over and over. It might not seem like a big deal but believe me communicating with these owners later on is often very frustrating.
The more info you can get right then and there the better. Ideally, get everything you can as far as what colors they want on their ad, what kind of offer(s) and expiration dates, and any existing artwork you can use.

I agree with you and Jake, get everything done ASAP, preferably right then and there. One of my mentors teaches, Do It NOW Do It NOW Do It NOW Do It NOW Do It NOW Do It NOW Do It NOW Do It NOW Do It NOW and it has helped me out a lot lately.
