This isn't going to turn into a slew of work, but I just need some good work done at a reasonable price at a reasonable pace. I have the brainguys theme (http://wordpress.thebebel.com/demo/thefirm/ http://themeforest.net/item/brainguys-creative-business-theme-for-wordpress/6534264) installed on WordPress, but my logo isn't white, like theirs.

So what I need done is to have my choice of background image (city skyline) photoshopped so that the logo area is lighter, and the menu part is darker, and the footer area is darker. That way the logo stands out, and the menu text and footer are legible. But it needs to be done in such a way so the background image still looks natural.

I tried having it done on https://www.pictricks.com/ but after several tries, the only results the guy gave me were things I could have done (and did do) myself in Photoshop.
