I'm kicking around some ideas here lately, and I keep coming back to personalized URLs. (pURL)
Saturation mail is great, but I would also like to include 1-1 services too.

There is some good looking systems out there, like http://www.boingnet.com/features/purl-marketing/
but I really don't like the idea of another monthly fee (unless I'm the one getting the fee!)

Anyone have any experience running a pURL program?
Have you used or discovered any server based software that you can purchase outright?
So far, everything I've found has been software as a service and I personally have no coding experience to create my own.
