I Want to Generate Leads For You!
That's right, I'm looking to bring leads right into your email inbox.
As you know, I have a call room with a team of very good callers. In fact, I believe that some of them are the very best in the world. I'm looking to expand my team and start offering cold calling services for hire. I still have some kinks to work out and testing to be done but if you'd like a highly trained team of cold callers working for you, I'm your guy.
Take a look at these stats:
http://i60.tinypic.com/ehm41.jpg
SERVICES I CAN GENERATE LEADS FOR:
I prefer to generate leads for your 9x12 campaigns, solo direct mail, M3 mailings, and print services. Print services are the easiest to generate leads, 9x12 come in a close second, and solo/m3 are more difficult. I'm willing to discuss calling for other marketing services however I consider 9x12 and/or print service campaigns as a priority since it's our true expertise.
LEAD QUALITY:
It's important we're both on the same page as to the quality of leads delivered. The more qualified and urgently interested the prospect is, the more time it will take to set and therefore the more it will cost to generate. I've came up with a simple code system dictate the quality of the lead.
The higher the level of development and the more information given to the prospect, the harder the lead will be to set and therefore more money and time will need to be spent. I've broken down the quality down to two categories, development and interest.
Prior to starting a campaign, just look at these options and tell me the minimum/maximum level of leads you want delivered.
Development (from most difficult to easiest):
A class. Owner interested and sets an appointment for you to come in
B class. Owner interested and wants more information via email or phone call
C class. Owner talked to and is interested, but busy and says to call back on X day/time
D class. Owner not talked to but the person we reach says they might be interested and to call back on X day/time.
Level of Interest (from most difficult to easiest:
1. Rapport developed, pricing ranges given, strong levels of interest.
2. Rapport developed, no pricing given but strong levels of interest and indicate that if the price was good they'd start soon.
3. Basic information given, nothing too specific or detailed, but has a genuine interest.
4. Basic information given, nothing too specific or detailed, and a very slight interest.
Examples are "A2", "B3", "D2", etc...)
If you're looking for nothing but "A1" leads for example, it's going to take many hours of calling to produce one lead. If you want a combination of "A2 and everything below"... you'll have a much much higher production, generating a few per hour in some cases.
TIME AND CONTRACT LENGTH
I'm open to running campaigns for as little as 6-8 hours but I feel that 12-15 hour campaigns should be the minimum, and priority is given to campaigns with 15+ hour minimums. With two or three callers working on your campaign, those hours can really go fast and if there's a rough day for some reason I'd hate to have you burn through a campaign too quickly.
In order to spread out the length of the campaign and smooth out 'variance' I suggest letting me put one or two callers max at a time, with 2-4 hours total spent on your campaign per day. If you see good results and want to keep the production rolling I'm certainly open to putting as many callers and hours as it takes to reach the production you need.
The reality is, sometimes there are good days and not-so-good days, so spreading out the calling time can help smooth the variance out. It's not uncommon to have 3 or 4 awesome leads generated in an hour or two, and then go 5 hours with nothing, or the other way around. It's like flipping a quarter ten times in a row, it's not going to always show heads 5 times and tails 5 times, but over time it's highly predictable.
PRICING AND PACKAGES
Hourly Rate:
As of now campaigns are only $10/hour for the first 10 hours, and every hour afterward is $15/hour. This is paid in advance via paypal and bonuses (see below) are billed at the end of the campaign.
Bonuses:
You'll need to pay a small bonus (that's passed to the telemarketer) for each lead furnished. These are critical because they give the telemarketer an incentive to get more information, develop more rapport, and work harder for you. Think of it like a waitress, she's not going to work hard if she's not going to get tipped for a good job. Bonuses are billed out at the end of the week.
Owner that's interested and wants you to call them back or email them with more info... 75 cents each
If an email is provided, an extra 25cents.
Owner who schedules a face-to-face appt .... $5 each.
While I hold my team accountable in every way possible, if you dispute or have issues with the quality of any leads produced I will not charge you the bonus and will call the prospect so that I can rectify it with the telemarketer immediately.
Administration Fees:
Any campaign less than 15 hours in length will incur a $20 one-time setup fee to cover the cost of pulling a cherry picked list for you. If you provide your own list I will not charge this fee and any campaign over 15 hours I'll waive the fee as well.
FAQ:
Are your callers outsourced or in-house?
They are in-house employees of mine who work in my 'control room'. Currently we call locally and remotely for our own benefit but I'd like to expand and offer lead generation for members like yourself. They are extremely hard workers, are held highly accountable, are motivated to set leads, and are not here to just have a 'job'. Most of them are working hard to eventually become supervisors.
Do they speak English? Do they have Accents?
Everyone speaks perfect American English with no distinct accent. Although we're located in New York, we're nowhere near NYC and we don't 'tawk like new yawkers'. They set leads across the nation daily so we're used to speaking with all sorts of people in every state and can build rapport regardless pf location.
What kind of training do they have?
I hire people who have no experience cold calling and train them to my standards. Myself and my Manager trains them daily on tonality, speed, efficiency, and various 'tonal tactics'.
We can reach past gatekeepers, build rapport, get business owners names, and all sorts of tricky stuff. The important thing is to understand that the more 'qualified' and developed the lead is, the harder it is to set and therefore the more time it will take to produce, so think hard about what level leads you want furnished.
What services are they skilled in calling for?
We almost exclusively sell printing and direct mail services, so they're used to calling for that although the basic skillsets can accommodate other services if you wish. We are world class callers at your disposal.
Am I going to only get new callers who are still training or will I get experienced and proven ones?
I will not put any new or in-training callers on your campaigns. Currently I'm putting some of my top callers on who are trying to move up to a supervisory level. This is good for you because they're trying to 'prove themselves' in order to take on more responsibility. These will eventually be the ones training others for outsourced calling so they're highly motivated to produce for you.
Do they close deals as well or will they just generate leads?
My callers are not trained to close deals on the phone. That's a highly inefficient use of a cold caller. The supervisors and managers are the ones who are trained to close over the phone. In cases where you want us to close deals over the phone, it will require the use of them to take over the calls once the telemarketer hooks the prospect and will therefore cost more. Keep in mind that deals closed over the phone take a LOT of effort and in the process you will have passed many opportunities that would have probably sold if you didn't try to have the closed on the first phone call.
Further down you'll see various criteria for lead quality that you can choose from, so pick what's suits you best and feel free to change things on the fly mid-campaign if you wish. I'll accommodate your needs as best I can.
How will I receive the leads produced for me?
I am working on modifying my database to automatically print reports in PDF that will give you all the information you need, but in the meantime I'll be sending you your leads daily via email along with how many hours were called, who called, etc.
I can also have someone in my office call you to issue them to you if you wish.
Am I given proof that you actually called for the time paid for?
Absolutely, on request. I can export a CSV from each phone extension showing calls made, who called, and what date&time each call was made. If you need this kind of reporting, I will need to charge to cover the extra administrative cost of pulling and organizing these reports.
What kind of phone system and caller ID is used?
I use a highly reliable virtual PBX system and typically set them to dial from a private number. For longer term contracts you may want to have the number shown as a local number for your area. I pay $7 per month for each local number added to my system, so I just need to cover that cost. I find that private numbers work perfectly fine though, so don't feel it's crucial to have a local number show up on the ID.
Will you consider charging only per lead or per sale?
This is an avenue I'd love to explore but I haven't really worked out the logistics of it yet. Fact is, there's a lot of risk on my end and I'm not sure I want to take that on at the moment.
What about lists and scripts? Do I have to provide them or can you handle it all?
It's entirely up to you. If you have lists you want called that's completely fine so long as it's in a printable format (all calls are manually dialed) If you'd like a list generated and cherry picked, I can take care of it myself for a small fee. For 9x12 selling, I prefer pulling my own list and cherry picking so that I can reach the most easily produced leads possible for you, but it's all entirely up to you in the end.
My scripts are proven so I suggest you let me work with the ones I have. I've put massive amounts of time and energy into developing and testing scripts. Something to understand though, the script doesn't work magic by itself. It needs the right tonality to make it work.
