Here is my plan.
Email
Send 20-40 emails a day
include pic of 2 year old holding card embedded within email
do follow up calls and drop voicemails next day via Escow program
do follow up calls Tuesday-Friday....10-11 AM and 2-4 PM everyday
At the end of week, I will have sent 100 emails and have done 80 followup calls
Voiceblast
Do voiceblasts W, Thursday, Fri, Sat
Saturday will be for contractors, landscapers, home services etc
I will do voiceblasts 1 hour a day...maybe every other day
Niche specific voiceblast + General voiceblasts
find business with 1-4 employees from infofree
Networking
Get business cards printed
Go to local meetup.com business groups at least 1-2 a week
Use the "Church Method"; found this on a forum:
"Positioning and systems is the whole thing. I sold these cards for a little over a year. It ended about a year ago but I visited my father in January and set him up (in a different state) and it took 5 meetings over 4 days to fill a card (and without any samples except for a copy we took from the pdf). I'll share what I did and maybe it will help someone.
We went to a church and told the pastor that we would advertise the church to 20,000 households in communities around the church, and it would cost him no money. It would only cost his recommendation to members who owned businesses. All churches have business owners who are willing to help and the person in charge knows exactly who has money to help the church. (He is sending out 5,000 per month, basically guaranteeing 4 months minimum from each advertiser.)
I explained it as a win/win. The church gets free advertising and the businesses help the church and get something out of it instead of just donations.
He set up a meeting for 2 days after our talk with 15 owners. Only 11 showed up, we did a 5 minute verbal presentation (at full price, when I had done it before I charged 1/2 price for the first month), answered some questions, and got 6 checks. The next day we went to two businesses and got checks from them. The 4th day the last check. Card full.
People are very loyal to their church, and for businesses its a no brainer if all they have to do is write a check. And trust me, all pastors know exactly who has money.
The second card has gone out now and my father has arranged with the pastor to talk to other owners if anyone cancels. So far all have re-upped.
I did the exact same thing with 4 cards per month (4 different churches) in a larger area. But I stopped paying enough attention and someone with better positioning and systems came in and murdered me. (Never said I was a genius. Live and learn.)
Very simply, I positioned the card as helping the church first, branding second, advertising third. So they know what to expect. I never said they would get business from it. Might have led them to believe it but never said it. And after 20,000 cards going out pretty much every business got at least a few calls, simply a numbers game then"

Upload numbers for local businesses in my area and plug away
Set up appt (I really want to sell it over the phone but i've read different stuff on the forum so far that makes me think maybe not good idea? Yet, I still see people who do it with nothing but email and phone)
Cold calls to Scraped leads, Groupon/Valpak/Living Social customers
I will be doing 3 hours of cold calling a day
