If you've been on this board for as long as I have, then you've seen a ton of people crash and burn trying to get their co op postcard going.

And in all seriousness, I'm very grateful that it came out when it did. I've been sitting on the idea of a 9x12 for two years now... ever since reading the first report Jake did. I let a couple 'NO' responses scare me out of doing the card and decided to focus down on other elements of my business instead.

Easy enough to do. Just open the PDF on one side of your monitor and a new Open Office doc on the other side. Then ctrl A, ctrl C a page in the PDF and do a ctrl V in the Open Office doc. (You have to do this for every page of the PDFs, but it shouldn't take long.)

When you're done pasting in Open Office export it out as a PDF. Now you have the intro and 9 reports all in one PDF.

Before I pull the trigger, I do have one question.

I have noticed one hang up I've had is finding a consistent schedule to find time and go out with my card. (As my days off do vary, and my work time is mostly from midday to evening.)

Does the guide also feature say a method of filling up the card another way aside from walk-ins, that is still fairly effective? While I feel walk-ins would definitely be the best approach, is there another method that helps people who may be in a situation like me?

Nate: You ask a good question. Yes I do cover it, specifically in the 'scaredy cat blueprint' near the end. While you don't need to follow that method exactly you'll see how it works and how you can use email effectively.

Dont skip through it though, go through every secret in order because they won't make sense if you don't. That's the trouble I've had for all this time, I couldn't talk a whole lot about it because bits and pieces wouldn't make sense.

Ok, time to weigh in.

I stopped everything last night, sat down to go over it and read this from start to finish.

First, this lays out the BUSINESS that Jake and others here have been promoting. It does it clearly, concisely, and completely. If you're just dabbling or hoping that you'll get lucky, don't bother. If you're not committed, don't waste your time. Knowledge isn't power. Applied knowledge is power. This is the epitome of knowledge gained through experience and it's only going to work if you commit to applying it.

But it will work.

Second, Eva's right. You need to understand the foundation of what Jake has already provided. Without that context, I don't think you'll truly understand the potential or what is going to be required. Yes, the "Scaredy Cat" is a fast start, but it's just going to give you a taste and maybe show you where a little determination might take you. And that can only be a good thing...

All that said, this could shave years off of your learning curve and get you to "the promised land" of not just additional income, but a real business all the sooner.

I bought 9x12 secrets yesterday and as Jake knows was a little surprised that they weren't bigger guides.
A decade ago I was on John Reese's forum. There was a girl there selling a report on how to get listed in Google within 24hrs. At the time it took a month or two to get listed. Her report was 2 pages long and she sold many at $500 a pop.

Jim Straw has been selling a 70 page report for $1,000 for years:

Betcha you would have been really surprised seeing the report after spending a grand (since there is no mention how many pages there are in the report on the sales page). LOL

Personally I'll take a pithy report (100 pages and under) than the 8,000 pages of FREE T J Rohleder books (I posted a link a few weeks ago). Book summaries (such as Bizsum and others publish) are pretty cool because they'll take a 200-500 page book and put the most important points into a 10 page report.

I am literally KICKING myself for not reading this BEFORE I went off on my own, saying all the wrong stuff and chickening out on cost by bad positioning!!!! I still did MUCH better than my first run, but could have easily doubled profits had I read this in time. You hear me Jake? You owe me!

I eased back into the 9x12" mailer with a smaller 5k run this time, and I am/was worried that the exposure wouldnt be strong enough. Well, I now have re-filled my ammunition and will now DOUBLE the exposure for less than half the cost. These tips and secrets are mind-blowing...and thats coming from a guy who thought he knew his sh%i coming back into this game after a long break!

I picked up this guide JUST OUT OF CURIOSITY... I really wanted to know what crafty 'ol "Bob Ross" had up his sleeves.

My history with 9x12; I did it once.. 2500 pieces, $150 per spot, with the intention of following that with a 5,000 piece mailing, and then finally 10,000. My primary business picked up and I ended up getting too busy to continue with it. This guide has made me want to unbusy myself and do it again, only this time experience it being about 10-20x easier and at least 4 - 5 times more profitable (to START)!

Had I had the balls to ask $500+ per spot and do a larger mailing right out the gate, I would have. HONESTLY, if I had had this guide then, I would NEVER have wasted my time with the micro-mailing! (Sorry micro fans!)
