I just bought this action and it makes it easy to make dashed lines around shapes, boxes etc http://graphicriver.net/item/dashed-lines-generator-/2535254

Can I make the dash solid/ I need something to create cut lines around printed vinyl graphics so that I can gang print but peel off the sheet with each item already trimmed around.

It can be done in illustrator (vector I think they call it). But I barely make it through photoshop and I'm trying to avoid learning new design software.
