I've been working with a customer on some business cards and after they finally made the revisions they wanted and then the designer got through with them, the files finally showed up in my inbox on a Sunday evening. I have a meeting the following Tuesday where I'm pitching another sale to the group and so it was pretty important to me that I have the cards to take along to that meeting.
I placed an email to Jake and after a few minutes, the order was placed. Jake offers options on the printing service page in the premier members section and I was able to add enough options that the cards should show up in time.
I can't be the only one that wants things done right now and I am glad that Jake gives us the option of paying extra to make us look good.
Jake also turned the order around in minutes when I was expecting 24 hours so that gives me a full day buffer.
